Responsibilities
- Maintain customer, contact and enquiry records in the company CRM.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, shipments and payments with customers.
- Respond to customer queries across email, phone and messaging channels.
- Report on enquiry conversion, response times and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream.
