About Strawberry
Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa), a soft-fruit hybrid, is cultivated in India's temperate regions — particularly Himachal Pradesh (Solan, Shimla), Uttarakhand (Dehradun), and increasingly in Punjab and Kashmir — during the winter-spring season (October–May).
