Wheat (Triticum aestivum) is the world's most widely cultivated cereal grain and the staple foundation of bread, flour, and pasta across the globe. Lok-1 is a hard red milling wheat with 12–14% protein ideal for high-quality flour, while HI-8498 Durum produces amber, high-protein semolina for pasta and pasta-grade flour. GW-322, grown in Gujarat, is a hard white wheat favoured for Middle East and Africa export channels.
